Brother Dave summarizes four truths from the psalm: sin is deeper than we think, God’s love is greater than we can imagine, God’s presence is our refuge, and in the end, God’s justice will prevail. Through stories of persecuted believers around the world, Brother Dave challenges us to consider a different perspective—one that does not measure God by our circumstances, but measures our circumstances by the God we serve. These brothers and sisters demonstrate that even when security, possessions, family, freedom, and even life itself are threatened, Christ remains enough.
